Introduction

The workshop "AI & Cloud Computing – The Future of Technology" aimed to provide an introduction to Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Cloud Computing, highlighting their real-world applications and impact. Held over three days, the workshop offered participants foundational knowledge in fields, demonstrating how AI integrates with Cloud technologies and presenting career opportunities in these areas. The event gathered 75 students eager to learn about the latest technological trends.

Objectives of the Workshop

1. Introduce AI and Cloud Computing: Understanding machine learning, neural networks, cloud infrastructure, and services.
2. Explore Real-World Applications: Showcasing AI and Cloud use cases in industries like healthcare, finance, and retail.
3. Dive into Popular Cloud Platforms: Learning about AWS and Microsoft Azure for hosting AI solutions.
4. Career Guidance: Providing insights into job roles and certifications in AI and Cloud fields.
5. Certification Pathways: Guidance on obtaining certifications from AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.

Event Highlights

1. Introduction to AI & Machine Learning:
• Key concepts like supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement learning were covered, along with real-world applications like voice assistants and autonomous vehicles.
2. Cloud Computing Basics:
• Participants learned about IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, and the role of AWS and Azure in cloud-based AI applications.
3. AI & Cloud Integration Demonstration:
• Hands-on demo of deploying AI models on cloud platforms, emphasizing scalability and efficiency.
4. Career Opportunities & Certification Guidance:
• Discussed career roles (Data Scientist, Cloud Engineer) and certification programs from AWS, Microsoft, and Google.

Outcomes

By the end of the workshop, participants were able to:

Test and Certification

At the conclusion of the workshop, a comprehensive test was conducted to assess the participants' understanding of the key concepts covered during the event. The test included practical and theoretical questions on AI, Machine Learning, Cloud Computing, and their integration. Based on their performance in the test, certificates were awarded to the participants who demonstrated proficiency in the subject matter.

The certificates served as recognition of the knowledge gained during the workshop and provided a foundation for participants to pursue further education and certifications in AI and Cloud Computing.
