Introduction:

On 27th May 2025, a dynamic and insightful session was organized in the Pharmacy Auditorium featuring Mr. Harsh Gupta, a renowned entrepreneur and start-up mentor. The session commenced at 9:30 AM and concluded at 12:00 PM, focusing on the highly relevant and inspiring theme of "Tech Start-up: From Idea to Growth."

 Topic: Tech Start-up: From Idea to Growth


 Key Highlights:

·  Understanding Start-ups:
Mr. Gupta explained the foundational concepts of launching a tech-based start-up, beginning with identifying problems worth solving and turning ideas into viable products.

·  Project Idea:
He emphasized the importance of innovative thinkingmarket research, and understanding customer pain points while selecting a project idea.

·  Steps to Build a Start-up:

o   Finding the right co-founders and team

o   Building a Minimum Viable Product (MVP)

o   Getting initial feedback

o   Iterating based on user input

o   Funding options and scaling strategies

·  Growth and Sustainability:
Insights were shared on how to grow a start-up sustainably, focusing on customer retentionbranding, and team management.

 Interaction & Q/A:

The session concluded with an interactive Question & Answer segment, where:

·  Team members and the audience actively engaged with the speaker.

·  Questions related to fundingteam buildingpitching to investors, and scaling ideas were discussed.

·  Mr. Gupta provided practical and motivational answers, encouraging students to take action on their ideas.
