Inauguration of ISHRAE student chapter on 07/08/2020

With immense pleasure we would like to inform you that on 07/08/2020 Mechanical Engineering Department has successfully inaugurated and installed ISHRAE student chapter, a college club, in our college at an online platform.

ISHRAE (The Indian Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air Conditioning Engineers), was founded in 1981 at New Delhi by a group of eminent HVAC&R professionals. ISHRAE today has over 28,780 HVAC&R professionals and Student-members. ISHRAE operates from over 42 Chapters and sub Chapters spread all over India.

The ISHRAE student chapter provides various benefits to students like access to books, access to technical journals, expert lectures, seminars, webinars, quizzes, funding for projects, internship, industry visit and career/job fairs etc.

Around 32 Students from Mechanical Engineering Department, final year, along with two faculty coordinators (Mr. Manoj Sharma and Mr. Vishal Wankhade)has become the member of ISHRAE College chapter.Today’s inaugural session of ISHRAE SVCE chapter was started with a technical talk on career in HVAC&R industry by Mr. Sadeep Belsare (IPP- ISHRAE Indore chapter, Project Designer and Entrepreneur in HVAC for multi brand products). The online presence of faculty members from DAVV Indore, Govt. Engineering College Ujjain, and faculties of SVCE made today’s inaugural ceremony auspicious.

We are thankful to the Principal, S.V.C.E. Indore, Dr. PradeepPatil for their continuous guidance and motivation for establishing ISHRAE SVCEchapter. We are also thankful to the college management for providing support and all required infrastructure.
