Mr. Anant Kumar Patel

He has completed his M. Pharm. in Pharmacology from Shobhit University Meerut. He did graduation from Dr. Hari Singh Gour University, (A Central University) Sagar M.P. He is involved in teaching and research activities since 2011 at undergraduate and postgraduate level. He has 11 years of teaching and research experience. He has also cleared GPAT-2013 examination conducted by the AICTE. He has published 11 research papers in various national and international journals. He has three book chapters to his credit. He has also completed PG diploma in Clinical Research. He has research work experience in different CSIR labs in India. He has guided many M. Pharm. students for their research work. His research areas include Pharmacology, Toxicology, Ethnopharmacology, in silico experiment, in-vitro testing techniques, and clinical research. He has attended many national and international conferences/workshops/seminars and various staff development programs in different institutes.

DEPARTMENT PROFILE

Department of Pharmacology has established in year 2004 with the objective of providing state of art knowledge in the field of Pharmacology and Toxicology. Pharmacology Department has various research equipments. It has its own ethical committee for animal and human studies. It has a fully developed and CPCSEA approved animal house facility. Department of Pharmacology has involved in animal studies related to anti-anxiety activity, Antiarthritic Activity, GIT disorders, Diabetes, analgesic activity, inflammatory disorders, antidepressant activity, wound healing activity, and preparation of herbal formulation for these activities.
